One star review for App only

I love thumbtack.com, and I have used their services to good benefit. However, this app is pathetic. Right now, Im logged on to my thumbtack account via my computer and I see all my projects, whereas the app said I have no projects! I thought logging out from the app and re-logging on would solve this, but guess what... The app doesnt recognize my account any more. When I put in my email address, in the next screen it says it has sent me an email with login information. No such email arrives, and all this while I am logged on to the thumbtack website!
