I like using one man outfit businesses cause I love the one to one communication experience. If something goes wrong one doesnt have to spend half a day talking to customer care or tech support. Thumbtack has provided this connection, I like that they provide a few options and reviews to make decisions. So far I have had good experiences with the people I have hired and they seem to value the fact that you have gone through thumbtack so their response time is quick and very efficient
